In this first module, you’ll explore why so much confusion in dating comes from leaving the present moment and getting caught in thoughts about the past or future. You’ll begin to notice how overthinking, analysing, and replaying interactions can pull you away from what is actually happening in front of you. This module helps you understand the root of the pattern — so you can start recognising it in real time, instead of getting lost in it.
Drawing from philosophy, spirituality, and psychology, you’ll explore why presence has always been at the core of human wellbeing, and how living in the past or future can keep you emotionally stuck in dating and relationships.
You’ll learn the difference between using time in a healthy, practical way and becoming emotionally trapped in it
We bring everything into practice. You’ll learn simple ways to return to the present moment when you notice yourself overthinking, doubting, or disconnecting in dating situations. Through practices such as grounding, awareness, gratitude, and shifting attention back to the present, you’ll begin to build a different way of relating — one that feels calmer, clearer, and more connected. This isn’t about eliminating thoughts or emotions, but about learning how to come back to yourself, again and again, in real time
